毎週のチームミーティングの風景。住む場所もやっていることも別々のメンバーがオンラインで集まり１つのプロジェクトに向き合う時代。面接から普段の業務まで全部オンラインで、いまだにリアルではお会いしていない方も。その一方でニューヨークからインターンに参加していただくなど、これまででは想像もできなかったこともできる時代になりました。
インターン６ヶ月振り返りレポート
2019年10月から2020年3月まで約5ヶ月間、DOU Creationsでインターンシップをさせていただいた市原万理乃です。このレポートを通じて、①私がシンガポール、DOU Creationsでインターンを行おうと決めた理由、②インターンを通じて学んだことの２点についてお伝えできればと思います。
